Family Scuba Diving
Learning how to scuba dive is a ticket to a lifetime of underwater adventure and this family experience is a perfect introduction to the sport. Get expert instruction on safety and underwater mobility techniques before learning how to breathe underwater and achieve weightlessness while getting used to the equipment. Courses take place in swimming pools under controlled conditions - and while it might seem a long way from diving in a tropical ocean, it's the perfect way for the whole family to get a basic grounding in diving. It's also ideal for anyone considering taking a PADI Open Water Diving Course. At the end of the session younger kids (under 10) get a surprise gift to take home.
Sailing Weekend
Whether you are a complete novice or looking to put hours in your log book as part of your RYA exams this course has something for everyone, under the watchful eye of our skipper you will learn all aspects of sailing on our 32 ft 9 berth Sigma’s. The weekend is a hands on trip which means as one of the crew you will actually help sail the boat. With a full 7 hours induction and sailing on Saturday followed by a friendly race on the Sunday this is an experience not to be missed. FRIDAY The weekend starts with the arrival at the marina on the Friday evening where our skipper and host will meet the group and help to stow the kit on board. After a quick briefing on the weekend itinerary and on-board safety procedures there will be an opportunity to have a meal at a local restaurant, or relax and prepare for the first night sleeping onboard the yacht. SATURDAY Saturday morning will start with a hearty breakfast, a full safety drill and briefing plus a run down of the tasks that will be undertaken during the day, then its time to cast off and set sail - the destination will be largely dictated by the weather conditions and prevailing winds. SUNDAY After Sundays breakfast on board it is time to hit the return leg. This usually involves the skippers arranging an impromptu race between the mini flotilla arriving back at Poole harbour in the late afternoon.

Half Day Fly Fishing with Tuition – Co. Galway
Enjoy personal tuition from a professional instructor on one of Ireland's beautiful trout lakes and rivers in Co. Galway. You'll be 'wet fly' fishing - meaning you are using a fly travelling through the water to attract the fish.
